越秀地产(00123)持续走低跌超7%，截止发稿跌7.11%，报7.32港元，成交额3875万港元。
消息面上，公司发布公告，于2023年11月8日，发行人、公司(担保人)及联席牵头经办人订立认购协议，联席牵头经办人已个别而非共同地同意认购及支付，或促使认购人认购及支付，票据，而发行人已同意于发行日期向联席牵头经办人或按联席牵头经办人可能作出的指示发行票据。票据将包括人民币5.1亿元的4.00厘有担保票据，将由联席牵头经办人个别而非共同地认购，或促使认购，并将于2026年到期。
10月公司实现合同销售(连同合营及联营公司项目的合同销售)金额约为人民币91亿元，同比下降约20.5%，实现合同销售面积约为34.17万平方米，同比下降约10.9%。1月至10月，公司累计合同销售(连同合营及联营公司项目的合同销售)金额约为人民币1210.3亿元，同比上升约32.8%，累计合同销售面积约为372.15万平方米，同比上升约17.6%。累计合同销售金额约占2023年合同销售目标人民币1320亿元的91.7%。
