仁德资源(08125)公布截至2023年9月30日止6个月业绩，收益2932.1万港元，同比增长16.4%;净亏损616万港元，同比收窄48.49%;每股亏损0.04港元。
公告称，收入增加主要由于建筑设备租赁业务及美酒营销业务的收入有所增加;然而，设计、装修及工程服务业务的收益维持于与去年同期的收益相若水平。
亏损减少乃由于毛利增加约310万港元;贸易应收款项及应收借款及利息的预期信贷亏损减少约90万港元;及于去年同期结算贸易及其他应收款项约100万港元的一次性折扣(然而，于本期并无取得此等项目)。
