千盛集团控股(08475)委任泰达会计师事务所为新任核数师
千盛集团控股(08475)公布，由于公司与德博会计师事务所有限公司无法就截至2023年8月31日止年度的核数师酬金达成共识，德博已辞任公司核数师，自2023年11月8日起生效。
经审核委员会推荐，董事会议决委任泰达会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，以填补紧随德博辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
