今海国际(02225)：拟620万元出售安徽今海60%股权
今海国际(02225)发布公告，于2023年11月8日，公司间接全资附属公司今海科技(作为转让人)拟向武汉汉烯(作为承让人)出售安徽今海的60%股权，总代价为人民币620万元。
安徽今海的经营范围包括新材料技术研发;石墨及碳制品制造;石墨烯材料销售;石墨及碳制品销售;技术的服务、开发、咨询、交流、转让及推广。于完成后，集团将不再持有安徽今海的任何权益，安徽今海将不再为公司的附属公司，其财务业绩将不再并入集团的财务报表。
出售事项将不会对集团的营运产生重大影响，且出售事项的所得款项可提升集团的营运资金状况。近年来，集团一直积极开拓并适时把握机遇以发展其业务。因此，出售事项将有助集团更有效地利用集团的资产资源，变现资产价值，并符合集团的发展策略。
