港股异动 | 内房股尾盘放量飙升 融创中国(02318)涨超35% 碧桂园(02007)涨近15%
内房股尾盘放量飙升，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)涨32.39%，报2.32港元；旭辉(00884)涨16.23%，报0.265港元；碧桂园(02007)涨13.51%，报0.84港元；中国恒大(03333)涨17.65%，报0.285港元。
消息面上，午后市场有传闻称，有关政府部门/机构要求中国平安收购碧桂园以取得控股权。中国平安公开否认关于收购碧桂园等报道，称该报道完全与事实不符，中国平安从未收到任何有关政府部门/机构的相关要求。此外，平安集团告诉记者，“截至三季度末，公司已经不再持有碧桂园的股份。”
值得注意的是，11月6日，万科召开线上会议，与金融机构交流万科三季度最新经营情况及近期万科二级市场债券价格非理性波动事宜。会上，深圳国资委表态支持万科。7日下午，人民银行、住建部、金融监管总局、证监会联合召集数家房企座谈，了解行业资金状况和企业融资需求。
