瑞银：维持高鑫零售(06808)“买入”评级 目标价下调至2.3港元
瑞银发布报告称，维持高鑫零售(06808)“买入”评级，主要因为其在杂货零售行业具领导地位，网上策略具强劲执行能力，以营运效益改善，对长期盈利增长潜力维持正面看法，短期的潜在催化剂包括下半年度同店销售跌幅收窄，以及开设更多会员店铺，但目标价由4.55港元下调至2.3港元。
报告中称，公司短期盈利表现，将受供应链业务规模缩减及竞争加剧拖累，公司预计截至9月底止中期亏损净额达3.7亿至3.8亿人民币，高过该行预期的1.8亿元人民币，该行估计2024年度全年录得净亏损，并将2025年及2026年度的每股盈利预测分别下调43%及37%，主要因为公司削减供应链业务规模，集中于直接销售业务；今年线下人流复苏情况差过预期；以及自8月以来市场竞争转趋激烈。
