港股异动 | 融创中国(01918)涨超4%领涨内房股 深圳国资委表态支持万科 机构称地产销售边际降幅收窄
内房股早盘回暖，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)涨4.05%，报0.77港元；新城发展(01030)涨3.76%，报1.38港元；龙湖集团(00960)涨3.47%，报12.54港元；碧桂园(02007)涨2.7%，报0.76港元。
消息面上，11月6日，万科召开线上会议，与金融机构交流万科三季度最新经营情况及近期万科二级市场债券价格非理性波动事宜。会上，深圳市国资委表示，万科是深圳国资体系重要成员，具备足够的安全性，并没有出现传言所说的财务风险、管理风险。如有需要或遭遇极端情况，深圳市国资委有充分信心、足够的资金资源和工具帮助万科积极应对。
此外，有报道称，人民银行、住建部、金融监管总局、证监会7日下午联合召集数家房企座谈，了解行业资金状况和企业融资需求，参会企业包括万科、保利、华润、中海、龙湖和金地等。
中信建投则表示，展望四季度，高频成交数据显示，10月52城新房共计成交350.2万方，较9月环比提升3.8%，较2022年10月下降11%。尽管当前数据仍然低迷，但是地产销售已有边际回暖趋势。
