中怡国际(02341)要求复核上市委员会有关取消上市地位的决定 继续停牌
中怡国际(02341)发布公告，于2023年10月27日，公司接获联交所发出的函件，当中说明联交所上市委员会已决定拒绝公司延长复牌期限的要求以及根据上市规则第6.01A条取消公司的上市地位(决定)。
于2023年11月6日，公司已根据上市规则第2B章向联交所提交书面要求，将决定及驳回要求转介上市复核委员会进行上市复核委员会复核。
此外，该公司股份继续停牌。
