北京首都机场股份(00694)与餐饮公司订立餐饮业务委托管理合同
北京首都机场股份(00694)发布公告，于2023年11月7日，该公司与餐饮公司订立餐饮业务委托管理合同，餐饮公司同意为该公司营运及管理位于北京首都机场内的指定餐饮资源，自2024年1月1日起至2026年12月31日止为期3年。
根据餐饮业务委託管理合同，餐饮公司同意就北京首都机场一号航站楼、二号航站楼及三号航站楼内指定餐饮资源及相关附属设施向该公司提供运营及管理服务。
公司预计餐饮业务委托管理合同项下拟进行的交易的年度上限分别为人民币1.17亿元、1.21亿元及1.25亿元。
餐饮公司与该公司有着良好的合作，对北京首都机场範围的餐饮业务相当熟悉。此外，餐饮公司拥有丰富的客户资源及强大的餐饮运营及管理能力。因此，由餐饮公司管理北京首都机场的餐饮资源，预期将有助于餐饮资源价值的持续提升，同时也有助于提升北京首都机场餐饮满意度及餐饮服务品质。
