建发国际集团(01908)建议采纳2023年限制性股份激励计划
建发国际集团(01908)发布公告，为建立和完善公司中长期激励约束机制，将股东利益、公司利益和公司核心团队利益有机结合，充分调动公司核心管理骨干的积极性，实现公司的高质量发展，于2023年11月7日，董事会批准有关建议採纳本激励计划的决议案。本激励计划有待于股东大会及相关监管机构批准后方能生效。
于2023年11月7日，在(i)于股东大会批准本激励计划，及(ii)激励对象认购及其他条件的规限下，其已批准向合共不超过700名激励对象授出最多5000万股(具体数量以实际认购情况为準)限制性股份，其中(i)4940万股限制性股份拟授予696名激励对象(不包括董事);及(ii)60万股限制性股份拟授予四名董事。
