旷世控股(01925)将于12月5日派付特别股息每股0.05港元
旷世控股(01925)发布公告，董事会认为派付特别股息每股公司普通股0.05港元(特别股息)乃属合宜之举，藉此答谢公司股东一直以来的支持。
经考虑集团的现有现金流量后，董事会认为，公司具备充裕现金流量派付特别股息。除因派付特别股息而产生的小额开支外，董事会相信派付特别股息将不会对集团的财务状况造成任何重大不利影响，亦不涉及削减公司任何法定或已发行股本或削减公司股份面值，或导致有关股份的交易安排出现任何变动。董事认为，宣派并建议派付特别股息符合公司及股东的整体利益。
因此，董事会欣然宣布，其已决议宣派并派付特别股息，该股息将于2023年12月5日(星期二)或前后以现金支付予于2023年11月23日(星期四)名列公司股东名册的股东。
