港股异动 | 百果园集团(02411)涨超4% 公司加码B端市场布局 未来有望延续稳健增长态势
百果园集团(02411)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.17%，报6.25港元，成交额5944.9万港元。
消息面上，上月，公司全资附属百果园投资与深圳市天图东峰订立股权转让协议。百果园投资同意以现金代价人民币1437.66万元(单位下同)收购深圳般果约19.58%的股权。完成后，公司将持有深圳般果51%股权。公司认为，这将进一步提升集团整体的供应链能力以及2B(企业对企业)客户水果供应的市场占有率。
第一上海此前指出，预计公司下半年或将继续加速老城市加密及新城市开拓的战略计划，并持续优化线上线下一体化销售网络建设，进一步夯实公司在国内水果连锁零售龙头的地位。考虑到公司当前产业链一体化优势及品牌优势显著，该行预计未来公司将延续稳健增长态势，给予目标价6.46港元，维持“买入”评级。
