港股异动 | 中国恒大(03333)现跌超8% 恒大高科技200亿股权被冻结 集团下月面临清盘聆讯
中国恒大(03333)现跌超8%，截至发稿，跌6.8%，报0.233港元，成交额1537.04万港元。
消息面上，天眼查App显示，近日，恒大集团有限公司新增一则股权冻结信息，股权被执行的企业为恒大高科技集团有限公司，冻结股权数额200亿元，冻结期限自2023年10月27日至2026年10月26日，执行法院为河北省沧州市中级人民法院。
值得注意的是，此前债权人向中国恒大提出清盘呈请，多次延后原本定于今年10月30日，不过，香港高等法院最终将该呈请的聆讯进一步延期至12月4日。据悉，如中国恒大被颁令清盘，法院将会任命清盘人，从该公司董事和管理层手中获得控制权，并整理现有资产偿还债权人相关债务。
