高盛：予中石油(00857)、中海油(00883)目标价7.1港元及15.2港元 评级均为“买入”
高盛发布报告称，维持中国石油股份(00857)“买入”评级，列入“确信名单”内。中石油管理层强调股东权益报酬率(ROE)的提升是公司非常重要的经营目标。该行认为，较高的ROE与油价脱钩，部分原因在于中石油有效的人员成本控制及追求更高的销售价格和回报，目标价7.1港元。
至于中国海洋石油(00883)，该行予“买入”评级，目标价由15.5港元下调至15.2港元，认为集团将继续与高油价相关，而同时提供双位数股息收益率。
