远洋集团(03377)发布公告，内容有关公司全资附属公司远洋控股中国发行的“H15远洋5”公司债券(前称“15远洋05”，证券代码：122498.SH)、“H18远洋1”公司债券(前称“18远洋01”，证券代码：143666.SH)(统称“该等公司债券”)。
董事局谨此知会股东、集团债务证券持有人及潜在投资者，因远洋控股中国拟与该等公司债券持有人协商兑付调整事项，但相关事项存在不确定性，为维护该等公司债券持有人利益，根据相关规则及法规，经向上海证券交易所申请，该等公司债券自2023年11月7日上海证券交易所交易时段开始起停牌。
