国银金租(01606)与钦州讯能新能源科技订立融资租赁合同
国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司作为出租人与承租人(钦州讯能新能源科技有限公司)于2023年11月6日订立融资租赁合同，出租人以代价人民币24亿元向承租人购买租赁物，及出租人同意向承租人出租租赁物，租赁期为180个月。
据悉，租赁物为位于中国广西壮族自治区的太阳能光伏发电设备。租赁物的评估值共计约人民币27.5亿元。
根据融资租赁合同，出租人同意把租赁物租回予承租人，租金为含增值税的租金，以人民币计付，由租赁本金和租赁利息构成。其中：租赁本金与转让价款金额一致，共计人民币24亿元;租赁利息于租赁期内总额共计约人民币10.4亿元。租赁本金和租赁利息由承租人于租赁期内每半年分期向出租人支付。
