中证国际(00943)发布年度业绩 股东应占溢利6913.1万港元 11月7日复牌
中证国际(00943)发布截至2023年6月30日止年度业绩，期内取得收益8.7亿港元;股东应占溢利6913.1万港元;每股基本盈利0.64港仙。
公告称，集团于本年度的收益总额约为8.73亿港元，较截至2022年6月30日止18个月的2.09亿港元增加约317.7%。大幅增长主要由于广东省东莞市南城区的项目于2022年7月交付及确认预售款项收益所致。
此外，公司已向联交所申请公司股份自2023年11月7日上午9时正起在联交所恢复买卖。
