中骏集团控股(01966)拟向中骏商管(00606)出售北京市门头沟区奥莱购物商场综合体
中骏集团控股(01966)及中骏商管(00606)联合公布，于2023年11月6日，中骏集团控股(01966)的间接全资附属中骏资产控股有限公司拟向中骏商管(00606)的间接全资附属高思企业有限公司出售巨时发展有限公司的全部已发行股本;及卖方已同意促使骏辉房地产(中骏的全资附属公司)向中骏商业管理(中骏商管的全资附属公司)转让销售债务，代价约为人民币10.9亿元，代价将部分以中骏商管的内部资源及部分以中骏商管首次公开发售的闲置所得款项拨付。
据悉，目标公司全资拥有志亿投资有限公司，主要从事投资控股，而志亿投资有限公司则全资拥有泰腾置业，主要从事持有该物业，该物业亦为其主要资产。该物业为奥莱购物商场综合体，建于一幅位于中国北京市门头沟区新城东街8号、占地面积约2.69万平方米的土地之上，地面以上有五层，地面以下有一层，总建筑面积约为7.85万平方米，而其相关土地使用权的有效期至2059年3月11日，乃用作商业用途。
于成交后，中骏于目标集团的实际权益将由100%减少至约64.52%，中骏商管集团将收购目标集团的100%权益。
