亚洲果业(00073)发布公告，于2023年10月30日(星期一)下午四时正，即接纳供股股份及缴付股款以及申请额外供股股份及缴付股款的最后时限：已接纳六份根据暂定配额通知书获暂定配发的有效接纳，涉及合共2.20亿股供股股份，相当于供股项下提呈发售的供股股份最高数目12.5亿股约17.63%;及已接纳四份根据额外申请表格作出的额外供股股份的有效申请，涉及合共2.60亿股供股股份，相当于供股项下提呈发售的供股股份最高数目12.5亿股约20.81%。
综合计算，十份有效接纳及申请已获接纳及申请，涉及4.80亿股供股股份，相当于供股项下提呈发售的供股股份最高数目12.5亿股约38.44%。
基于上述结果，供股出现认购不足，7.69亿股供股股份未获认购，相当于供股项下提呈发售的供股股份最高数目12.5亿股约61.56%。
据悉，供股所得款项净额估计约为1550万港元。
