大酒店(00045)发布公告，于2023年第三季度，集团香港半岛酒店客房出租率38%，同比增加10个百分点;平均房租为6603港元，同比增长80.95%。其他亚洲地区客房出租率54%，同比增加11个百分点。美国及欧洲客房出租率56%，同比减少个7百分点。
2023年第三季度，住宅出租物业每平方尺每月平均收益46港元，商场出租物业每平方尺每月平均收益137港元，办公大楼出租物业每平方尺每月平均收益65港元。
