港股异动 | 国联证券(01456)高开逾8%领涨中资券商股 证监会修订券商风控指标计算标准
中资券商股早盘高开，截至发稿，国联证券(01456)涨8.12%，报3.73港元；中金公司(03908)涨5.04%，报13.34港元；中信建投证券(06066)涨4.43%，报7.55港元；中国银河(06881)涨3.45%，报4.2港元。
消息面上，证监会就修订《证券公司风险控制指标计算标准规定》公开征求意见。此次征求意见重点体现以下三方面变化：提高场外衍生品风险准备要求，消除监管空白和盲区；活跃资本市场，鼓励做市业务、投资业务和信用业务；扶优限劣分类监管，鼓励优质券商做大做强。
中信证券发布研报称，在“活跃资本市场，服务实体经济”引导下，股票市场投资端、融资端和交易端政策改革正在持续发力。此次拟对风控指标标准进行调整，有利于打开证券公司杠杆率提升空间，优化风控水平，提升活跃资本市场能力，鼓励优质券商走资本集约型发展道路做大做强。在此背景下，该行上调证券行业评级至“强于大市”。
