碧桂园(02007)前10个月累计交付约46万套房屋
11月4日，据碧桂园(02007)官微消息，截至2023年10月31日，碧桂园今年已累计交付约46万套，累计交付面积约5506万平方米，交付项目涉及31个省，237个城市，部分项目实现提前交付。
广西钦州交投碧桂园星悦湾提前交付131户。钦州交投碧桂园星悦湾共计2024户，迄今已交付房屋超749套，10月交付是该项目今年第3次集中交付。开盘至今，平均每2个月加推一栋楼，且交付楼栋均实现了提前交付。
广东湛江碧桂园君悦海提前交付145户。徐闻碧桂园君悦海共计864户，迄今已交付房屋超490套，9月是该项目今年第2次集中交付。开盘至今，一期已全部完成交付，三号楼提前交付的同时也实现交房即交证。
广东韶关碧桂园太阳城天钻二期提前交付610户。碧桂园天钻2期8月迎来提前交付。据悉，碧桂园天钻已累计如期交付了1370套房屋，如期交付率达到了100%。
此外，山东广饶碧桂园凤鸣春秋如期交付711户、江苏淮安碧桂园水利楚州府如期交付约600户以及安徽芜湖碧桂园黄金时代如期交付862户。
