泰加保险(06161)：自开启保险服务解决方案业务以来 集团已确认收益约1000万港元
泰加保险(06161)发布公告，诚如先前公告所披露，公司成功开展保险服务解决方案业务，并已获得客户正面回应。
于本公告日期，该集团已与数家香港及中国保险中介机构及金融服务公司取得或正落实服务合约，合约总金额超过6000万港元。自开启保险服务解决方案业务以来，直至2023年10月31日，集团已确认收益约1000万港元。因此，集团对保险服务解决方案业务的前景保持乐观。
诚如先前公告所披露，公司已暂时中止于阿拉伯联合酋长国的保险业务，直至取得相关批准及许可。
诚如先前公告进一步披露，于完成必要的当地登记程序后，将该阿联酋保险公司仅以馈赠方式注入集团。由于当地政府已更改许可规则，相关必要的当地登记程序未能在原有保险业务下完成，公司决定不会继续将该阿联酋子公司注入集团。
公司将继续尽其最大努力探索取得担任保险中介机构的批准及╱或许可。倘公司成功取得担任保险中介机构的批准及许可后，公司将恢复其保险业务。
此外，吴宇已提出辞任公司主席兼非执行董事，自2023年11月3日起生效。
