超盈国际控股(02111)重续前销售框架协议
超盈国际控股(02111)发布公告，内容有关超盈纺织控股与合营伙伴就超盈纺织控股集团向Brandix集团销售产品而订立之前销售框架协议，自2022年11月6日起计为期3年。
于前销售框架协议将于2023年11月6日到期之际，于2023年11月3日，超盈纺织控股与合营伙伴订立销售框架协议以重续前销售框架协议，内容有关超盈纺织控股集团向Brandix集团销售产品，自2023年11月6日至2026年11月5日止为期3年。
2023年11月6日至2023年12月31日、2024年全年、2025年全年及2026年1月1日至2026年11月5日，销售框架协议项下的交易金额的年度上限分别为500万美元、3400万美元、5000万美元、6500万美元。
