绿地香港(00337)拟1.2亿港元收购广州绿港的30%股权
绿地香港(00337)发布公告，于2023年11月3日，卖方广东空港置业与买方(公司间接全资子公司)订立产权交易协议，通过广东交易中心组织的挂牌出让程序以代价向卖方收购销售股份(广州绿港的30%股权)，代价约为人民币1.2亿元。
董事会认为收购事项将容许公司藉将其所持广州绿港股权由70%增至100%，获取对广州绿港的全部管理和营运控制权;及藉要求卖方偿还其结欠集团的贷款增加集团的现金流量。董事会认为收购事项条款属一般商业条款且公平合理，并符合股东的整体利益。
