首程控股(00697)发布前三季度业绩，股东应占溢利4.65亿港元，同比减少42%
首程控股(00697)发布截至2023年9月30日止9个月前三季度业绩，收入约6.6亿港元，同比下降48.1%;公司拥有人应占溢利4.65亿港元，同比减少42%;每股基本盈利6.41港仙。
公告称，收入减少主要归因于公司资产融通业务下持有的按公允价值计入损益的中国基础设施公募不动产投资信托基金(REITs)价格下跌而产生的未变现亏损。该亏损并非现金性质及对集团的现金流无任何影响，亦不影响集团正常的经营活动。集团所持的境内公募REITs自初始投资以来依然保持累计盈利。集团流动资金充裕，整体财务及经营状况保持稳健。
