华盛国际控股(01323)完成配售8.4亿股 净筹约1312万港元
华盛国际控股(01323)发布公告，所有配售协议的条件已达成，配售事项已根据配售协议的条款及条件于2023年11月3日完成，当中配售代理已成功配售合共8.4亿股配售股份，相当于紧接配售事项前的公司已发行股本约20.00%;及于本公布日期紧随配售事项完成后和发行8.4亿股配售股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约16.67%。
配售事项所得款项净额约为1312万港元。所得款项净额将用于偿付集团未偿还短期负债。
