海纳星空科技(08297)拟折让约15.25%配股 最高净筹约3970万港元
海纳星空科技(08297)发布公告，于2023年11月3日，公司拟配售最多2亿股配售股份，相当于于完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大公司已发行股本约16.53%。配售价为每股配售股份0.2港元，较11月3日收市价每股股份0.236港元折让约15.25%。
预期配售的所得款项总额及所得款项净额上限将分别为4000万港元及约3970万港元。公司拟将1590万港元用于发展大健康业务;1190万港元用于内衣产品分部的营运及业务提升;及1190万港元用于一般营运资金。
