声扬集团(08163)发盈警 预计前三季度取得净亏损约1900万港元至2200万港元
声扬集团(08163)发布公告，预期集团于截至2023年9月30日止9个月会取得净亏损约1900万港元至2200万港元，相对于2022年同期的净亏损约1700万港元。
公告称，净亏损增加乃主要由于(其中包括)：(i)截至2023年9月30日止9个月，一个私募股权基金终止资产管理服务，及于企业融资分部炽烈竞争环境下，企业融资顾问委聘方案的数量及平均顾问费用减少，导致金融服务业务收益下跌约800万港元;以及(ii)整体经营成本减少约300万港元，以维持集团竞争力。
