晨鸣纸业(01812)公布，公司近日接到第一大股东晨鸣控股有限公司(以下简称“晨鸣控股”)函告，获悉其所持有公司的部分股份办理了质押业务。2023年11月02日，晨鸣控股质押所持1600万股A股公司股份予首创证券有限公司。
