天虹国际集团(02678)附属拟9.751亿元出售绍兴袍江土地及楼宇
天虹国际集团(02678)发布公告，公司间接非全资附属浙江庆茂已决定与袍江建设发展及街道办于2023年11月3日签订资产出售协议，浙江庆茂已同意按资产出售协议所载条款出售，而袍江建设发展已同意按资产出售协议所载条款购买该等资产(绍兴袍江土地及楼宇)，代价约为人民币9.751亿元。
公告称，为响应绍兴市区印染化学电镀行业的转型升级工作所需以及相关地方政府政策，浙江庆茂已决定签订资产出售协议。董事会认为资产出售协议的条款为公平合理，且符合股东的整体利益。
