太古地产(01972)发布2023年第三季度营运数据汇报，已落成投资物业方面，太古广场租用率97%，租金下调13%;太古坊(整体)出租率达96%，租金下调8%;港岛东中心及太古坊一座出租率达97%，租金下调3%;其他太古坊办公楼出租率达95%，租金下调13%。
中国内地方面，太古汇办公楼租用率达94%，颐堤港一座租用率达94%;香港兴业中心一座及二座租用率达99%。
