洲际船务(02409)附属拟1280万美元出售一艘船舶
洲际船务(02409)发布公告，于2023年11月2日，卖方(公司的间接全资附属公司Golden Orchid Ltd.)拟向买方PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk出售该船舶，代价为1280万美元。
该船舶为一艘57005 dwt的散货船，于2010年由舟山中远船务工程有限公司建造。该船舶目前根据船东的光船租赁出租予卖方。卖方拟于2023年11月根据光船租赁的条款通过行使购买选择权购买该船舶。
