基地锦标集团(08460)发布公告，于2023年4月20日，该公司全资附属隽基工程作为买方与达一公司订立交易一，达一公司出售而买方购买合共3台自卸卡车，总代价为209万港元。
于2023年5月25日，买方与志业工程订立交易二，志业工程出售而买方购买合共4台自卸卡车，总代价为269万港元;
于2023年6月2日，买方与志业工程订立交易叁，志业工程出售而买方购买合共5台自卸卡车，总代价为355万港元;及
于2023年6月8日，买方与志业工程订立交易四，志业工程出售而买方购买合共2台自卸卡车，总代价为142万港元。
公司根据各项该等交易购买自卸卡车，以供集团于香港多个建筑地盘的地基工程项目作日常使用。
