中粮包装(00906)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.51%，报6.26港元，成交额672.89万港元。
消息面上，中粮包装公告，董事会谨此知会公司股东及潜在投资者，截至公告日期，潜在交易的讨论和磋商仍在进行中；该合作仍在讨论中且尚未落实；并未就潜在交易及/或该合作订立任何正式或受法律约束的协议；及潜在买方或国新投资并未从市场或本公司其他股东收购股份。
据悉，中粮包装于今年8月公布，中国宝武钢铁集团正与公司主要股东中粮集团，就可能收购其实益拥有的部分或全部公司股份事宜进行谈判。公司于9月表示，获潜在买方告知，国新投资可能有机会，与潜在买方一同作为联席要约人作出要约。
