中广核电力(01816)获控股股东中广核完成累计增持4193.3万股H股
中广核电力(01816)发布公告，该公司控股股东东中国广核集团有限公司(以下简称“中广核”)于2022年11月1日通过深圳证券交易所深港通系统增持公司H股股份1000万股，并计划自该次增持之日起12个月内，以自有资金择机增持公司H股股份，累计增持比例不超过截至2022年11月1日公司已发行H股股份总数(即111.64亿股)的5%(含2022年11月1日已增持股份)。
2023年11月1日，公司收到中广核通知，本次增持公司H股股份计划实施期限届满，增持计划已实施完毕。自2022年11月1日至2023年10月31日，中广核通过深圳证券交易所深港通系统累计增持公司4193.3万股H股股份，累计增持股份比例约占截至本公告日公司已发行H股股份总数的0.38%，约占截至本公告日公司已发行股份总数(即504.99亿股)的0.08%。
