美亨实业(01897)发盈喜，预期中期纯利430万港元至470万港元 同比大幅增加约126%至148%
美亨实业(01897)发布公告，预计集团截至2023年9月30日止6个月将取得纯利430万港元至470万港元，归属于公司拥有人的纯利将较2022年同期的纯利190万港元大幅增加约126%至148%。
公告称，预期纯利增加主要归因于本期间所承接项目产生的收益及毛利增加，抵销了因合营企业在建物业的减值亏损而导致的应占合营企业亏损。
