艾伯科技(02708)执行董事黎子明及其控股公司所持有的合共160万股遭强制出售
艾伯科技(02708)发布公告，该公司董事会获执行董事兼董事会主席黎子明知会，分别由黎子明及益明控股有限公司(益明)所持有约占于本公告日期已发行股份总数0.23%的51.2万股公司股份及108.8万股股份(即合共160万股股份)(存放于设有保证金融资的证券交易账户)已于2023年10月31日被强制出售，乃因在发出保证金补缴要求后未获满足。
益明已发行股本由黎子明全资实益拥有，因此，根据香港法例第571章证券及期货条例，黎子明被视为于益明持有的股份中拥有权益。
