协鑫科技(03800)完成了西门子到颗粒硅的全面迭代 实现行业头部客户 100%全覆盖
协鑫科技(03800)公布，近期，多晶硅行业整体利润下行，但该集团颗粒硅产品在电消耗、热消耗、用工数等方面优势突出，在成本控制、盈利能力等方面，均表现出了极强的竞争力与抗周期的能力。
该集团仅用两年半的时间，颗粒硅产能由1万吨跨越至到目前的40万吨级，完成了西门子到颗粒硅的全面迭代，实现行业头部客户 100%全覆盖。前期由于颗粒硅产品供应有限，客户仅可少量配比使用，但随着产能快速释放，以TCL中环新能源科技股份有限公司为代表的专业化头部企业，及以隆基绿能科技股份有限公司和晶澳太阳能科技股份有限公司为代表的一体化企业，已完全进入规模化使用，颗粒硅投放比例部分已超过棒状硅。
2021年，颗粒硅由6,000吨进入万吨级的过程中，在规模化应用、该集团与头部企业的技术攻关下，氢跳等颗粒硅应用问题早已完全解决。在品质方面，根据集团最新数据，该集团颗粒硅总金属杂质≤0.5ppbw的产品比例已近90%。
2023年1月至2023年9月，该集团颗粒硅前五大客户出货量分别约为：4.2万吨、3.0 万吨、1.3万吨、1.2万吨和0.9万吨，合计占集团颗粒硅对外出货比例近82%。
