维力生活科技(01703)接获一份清盘呈请 11月1日复牌
维力生活科技(01703)发布公告，于2023年10月30日，该公司接获王林先生日期为2023年10月27日的呈请，涉及根据2023年第478号公司清盘程序向香港特别行政区高等法院提交有关公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例(香港法例第32章)的事宜，该公司可能会被高等法院清盘，其依据为该公司无力清偿债务。呈请聆讯将于2024年1月3日上午九时三十分于高等法院举行。
呈请乃针对该公司而作出，据称原因为该公司未有偿还据称由该公司发行的债券证书项下据称该公司应付及结欠呈请人的逾期债券，本金额为515万港元，据称于2023年8月17日到期。
鉴于可能清盘令对股份转让的影响，该公司将就可能向香港高等法院申请认可令寻求其香港法律顾问的意见。股东务请注意，概不保证香港高等法院将会授出任何认可令。倘并无授出认可令但清盘令并无被驳回或永久搁置，则于清盘开始后，所有股份转让均属无效。该公司亦正在就关于股份转让之认可令寻求其开曼群岛法律顾问之意见。
公司已向联交所申请股份自2023年11月1日上午九时正起于联交所恢復买卖。
