消息面上，昭衍新药公布，于2023年前三季度，该公司实现营业收入15.87亿元，同比增长24.34%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润3.28亿元，同比减少48.17%。据悉，归母净利润减少主要是生物资产公允价值变动损失所致。
