港股异动 | 中国碳中和(01372)涨超14% 完成收购再亮新能源60%股权 有助于产生良好的财务回报
中国碳中和(01372)涨超14%，截至发稿，涨14.71%，报0.78港元，成交额283万港元。
消息面上，中国碳中和日前发布公告，配售协议项下的先决条件已获达成，根据配售协议向不少于六名承配人共发行及配发8930万股配售股份的配售事项已于2023年10月27日完成。
此外，中国碳中和近期发布公告，集团的全资子公司中碳再生能源(深圳)有限公司已完成现金收购河南再亮新能源再生有限公司(再亮新能源)60%股权。再亮新能源是经中国国家工信部批准的锂电池回收白名单企业，拥有全国仅52家的梯次利用牌照。
公告称，双碳大背景下，光伏、风能、储能、氢能、再生能源几大新兴业务领域市场发展前景广阔。新能源转型之下，锂电池迴圈利用迎来产业爆发期。布局新能源产业是集团碳中和科技布局的重要一步。此次收购及中和新能源品牌发布表明集团新能源战略的布局实质性进入光伏、储能及再生能源领域，此举有助于加强集团在相关领域的领先优势并产生良好的财务回报。
