北京能源国际(00686)附属订立云南EPC合约及设备供应协议
北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2023年10月30日，京江双柏(公司附属公司，作为发包方)与昆明院(作为承包方)订立云南EPC合约。根据云南EPC合约，昆明院将向京江双柏提供EPC服务，以建设云南EPC项目。云南EPC合约项下的合约价格约为人民币7.52亿元(含税)。
于同日，京江双柏(作为发包方)与晶科能源(作为供应商)订立设备供应协议，以建设云南EPC项目。设备供应协议的合约价格约为人民币4.46亿元(含税)。
云南EPC项目指位于中国云南省楚雄双柏英雄村、各三郎村、雨龙村及信佰箐村的光伏发电项目，总计划建设容量为295兆瓦。
