云南水务(06839)拟出售海丰云水99.98%股权及龙海云水89.89%股权
云南水务(06839)发布公告，该公司已就出售出售权益(公司持有的海丰云水99.98%股权及龙海云水89.89%股权)作出决议。由于该公司为国有控股企业，故出售权益构成一项国有资产，且根据监管出售国家控制资产的相关中国法律及法规，其出售须透过经核准产权交易所进行公开挂牌程序。潜在出售事项将透过云南产权交易所进行，而成功中标者将根据云南产权交易所的相关规则及法规与该公司订立产权交易合同。
董事认为，潜在出售事项及其项下拟进行的交易将按一般商业条款订立，属公平合理，且符合公司及股东的整体利益。
