洢人壹方控股(08305)：配售协议失效
洢人壹方控股(08305)发布公告，由于配售协议项下的条件未能于2023年10月30日或之前达成，配售协议已于2023年10月30日失效。根据配售协议(经补充配售协议修订及补充)，配售协议(经补充配售协议修订及补充)项下各订约方就配售事项的所有权利、义务及责任将告停止及确定，而配售协议任何一方概不得就配售协议向另一方提出任何申索，惟有关任何先前已违约及╱或根据配售协议可能产生的任何权利或义务除外。
公告称，配售事项失效对集团现时的业务营运及财务状况概无重大不利影响。
