药明康德(02359)发布公告，陈曙辉将于2024年4月10日，即其加入公司20年纪念日起退休，届时将辞去公司执行副总裁、国内新药研发服务部负责人的职务。陈曙辉在离任后将继续作为公司顾问，为国内新药研发服务部提供咨询和指导。
