浙江沪杭甬(00576)：钱文海获提名为浙商证券非独立董事候选人
浙江沪杭甬(00576)发布公告，浙商证券董事会会议决议：
董事会同意提名钱文海先生为浙商证券第四届董事会非独立董事候选人，并提交股东大会审议，其任期自股东大会审议通过之日起至浙商证券第四届董事会任期届满时止。
董事会同意高玮女士辞去首席风险官职务，同意聘任张晖先生为浙商证券副总裁、首席风险官，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
董事会同意张晖先生辞去董事会秘书职务，同意聘任邓宏光先生为浙商证券董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
