中国海外发展(00688)附属联合上海龙华建设投得上海市地块使用权 将成立合资公司开发项目地块
中国海外发展(00688)发布公告，于2023年10月19日，中海企业发展(为公司的间接全资附属公司)及上海龙华建设就彼此联合竞买中国上海市项目地块订立联合竞买协议。根据招标公告及联合竞买协议的规定，中海企业发展及上海龙华建设分别按85%及15%的比例以现金共同支付按金人民币48.03亿元，其中已由中海企业发展支付的部分为人民币40.83亿元。
合资各方于2023年10月24日透过地块竞买成功以代价人民币240.16亿元投得项目地块的土地使用权。合资各方同意将会在中国成立合资公司以收购、持有及开发项目地块，届时合资各方将就该等合资公司的成立再订立协议。
项目地块指位于中国上海市徐汇区龙华街道的六幅地块，总出让面积约为13.5万平方米，包括地块号码：198-A-03、198-A-04、188N-F-04、188N-F-05、188N-U-04及198-C-02。项目地块为住宅及商业用途。合资公司在项目地块上所建住宅物业拟供出售及租赁。
物业发展及投资为集团的主要业务之一。合资公司的成立及项目地块的开发符合公司的主要业务战略及有利于其长期业务发展。
