中航科工(02357)：中航机载及中航电测拟向陕西华燕增持合共2亿元 以增强其经营能力
中航科工(02357)发布公告，为了增强中航机载的关连附属公司陕西华燕的经营能力，抓住航空技术在先进制造业的应用等方面的机遇，于2023年10月24日，该公司关联附属公司中航机载董事会批准与中航电测和陕西华燕签订增资协议。据此，中航机载和中航电测作为现有股东，分别将以现金人民币1.6亿元和人民币4000万元对陕西华燕进行同比例增资。
完成后，陕西华燕的注册资本将由人民币5亿元增加至人民币7亿元。中航机载和中航电测对陕西华燕的持股比例将保持不变。
公告称，增资将有利于陕西华燕抓住航空技术在先进制造业的应用等方面机遇，增强经营能力和整体竞争力。
