新股消息 | 华视集团通过上市聆讯 浤博资本为独家保荐人
据港交所10月24日披露，华视集团控股有限公司通过上市聆讯，浤博资本为独家保荐人。
招股书显示，华视集团为一家位于湖北省的品牌、广告及营销方案服务供应商，提供从市场(通过与机构合作)到品牌、广告及营销方案执行的整个价值链中的全方位服务，通过与不同媒体资源供应商合作协助品牌商、广告主及广告代理商制订及实施有效的服务方案，以达成其推广需求及营销目标，从而进一步提高其品牌在目标受众中的声誉及提高其产品或服务的竞争力及市场份额。
华视集团向客户提供品牌服务、传统线下媒体广告服务、在线媒体广告服务、活动执行及制作服务，及提供广告投放服务(包括来自媒体合作伙伴的回扣)。
华视集团收益由2020财年约1.03亿元分别增至2021财年约1.58亿元及2022财年约2.05亿元，增幅分别约52.4%及30.3%。纯利由2020财年约2430万元减少至2021财年约1850万元，再增加约147.2%至2022财年约4570万元。
